Certified flooring inspectors may challenge CFI University's exams for additional certifications and CFIU Membership. Although we offer online training for each CFIU Certification, you may choose to challenge the exams. 

Challenging Certified Flooring Inspectors University [CFIU] Certification means that individuals who meet the Challenge criteria with an exam score of 80% or better, will not be required to go through the full training program to complete the Certification. Instead, they may become CFIU Certified by passing an exam and submitting reports for review.

Challenge CFIU Certification Online Exams

A passing grade of 80% and one acceptable report per product certification is required. If an exam is failed two times, the online course will be required and the exam fee will be credited to the cost of the course. The online course includes unlimited access to the exam until a passing grade is obtained.

CFIU Certification Online Training & Exams 

After studying the online course, exams may be taken as many times as needed to pass. CFIU manuals are available online 24/7— forever. A passing grade of 80% and one acceptable report per product certification is required.

Advanced Training & Exam for CFIU Members

The Advanced Online Courses are designed to be easily understood with practice sessions included for the most challenging flooring inspections involving Ceramic tile, Solid wood, and Bamboo.
