As a flooring professional in the trade for over 30 years, I have seen my share of complaints and handled many inspections in distributor and manufacturer capacity. But after taking the hard surface course with CFIU, I realized how little I really knew about properly inspecting a floor.
They really go into the do’s and don’ts of proper inspections and the appropriate way to write reports. My only regret is not doing this years ago.
