The Claims Analyst’s Response To My First Report …

I just received an email from the claim’s analyst (at a LARGE flooring covering manufacturer) in response to my report for my first inspection for them.

“Thank you very much for the report! I very much appreciate the detail!”

That’s TWO exclamation points in two sentences (!!) from a claims analyst who reads reports all day.

I was quite happy about that, and I want to thank CFIU again for the training that has set me on a higher path.
