I found the knowledge that Linda, Ricky, and Eric have combined into the course the most valuable component. They are able to convey their years of experiences through dialog & video.
The training received will definitely be an asset to my skills and knowledge, especially the side-to-side shading and the deflection and flatness segments.
If you are a 42-year flooring veteran like myself, check your ego at the door and listen very carefully to what they have to say. You will learn.
If you are new to the business, this is definitely the right course to take. These people know their business and the industry very well.
