I took some time to write about my experience with CFI University, simply because over time I have come to respect what people and companies actually do on a consistent basis, not what they tell me they will do upfront.
CFIU did exactly what they said they would do and more. They were thorough and approached each learning opportunity from the viewpoint of a seasoned inspector sharing their life’s work with us so we would have a faster performance curve. Our class got to go on a live inspection during training! What a great opportunity to see them in action in a real inspection! I may have been around flooring for many years in several capacities, but to see truly professional inspectors in action was a treat. Linda and Ricky were actively looking for better ways to teach each day.
The real work was about to begin as I went out on my own inspections. The support from Linda can only be described as Stellar. Patient, professional, direct.
Committed to helping us be successful at this endeavor. I look forward to continuing to grow as an inspector and am confident I will with the CFIU team in my corner.
