Mitchell started out as a cabinet manufacturer and installer and did that for many years. He got hired on as a cabinet technician at a large general contractor that installs Hard Surface Flooring, Tile, Cabinets, Carpet and appliances. He moved my way up through the company and am now the Operations Manager over 30 different sub contractors.
