With over 51 years of experience in the flooring industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and
expertise to every project. My background spans all aspects of flooring inspection and
installation, from residential to commercial applications. I hold multiple certifications, including
for carpet, hardwood, and hard surface flooring inspection.

Flooring Expertise:
● Carpet: Inspection of installation, wear, shedding, side match issues, visible seams,
stain resistance, loose tufts, improper installation, and maintenance.
● Hardwood: Identifying noises, buckling, delaminations, gaps, swelling, water damage,
board movement, unevenness, splintered edges, cupping, splits, scratches, and more.
● Bamboo: Examining gaps, buckling, noises, unevenness, scratches, installation-related
issues, poor finishes, and discolorations.
● Laminate: Assessing discoloration, scratches, gaps, noise, poor maintenance, and
related issues.
● LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile): Identifying improper installation, poor performance, water
damage, scratches, uneven surfaces, and broken tongues.
● Vinyl Sheet Goods: Inspecting gouges, poor seams, wear maintenance, and subfloor
issues.
