Cleaning/Restoration business in Ocean City, Md. In 1973. Owned and operated a full-service flooring and cabinetry retail store for over 30 years.
Became a Certified Flooring Inspector in 1990.
Have been certified as an expert witness in both Md. and Delaware courts.
Completed continuing credit requirements at Surfaces and through multiple industry-sponsored classes.
Certified in Laminate, Vinyl & Carpet Inspections.
Owned and operated a Carpet Dyeing franchise for 20 years.
Currently, owns & operates a seasonal B&B on Mount Desert Island in Maine near Bar Harbor.
Available for Inspections in Maine from April -November. I travel the East Coast from Maine to Florida Nov-March and am available "on the road" during that time.
