| Chance Hodgson is a career floor-covering expert in Boise, Idaho. A husband, father, and soon-to-be grandfather, Chance began his career working for his father in a retail floor covering store, which he helped expand to a second location. While working in the family business, Chance learned all aspects of the industry, including installation, repairs, marketing, management, and finance. After the business closed after 39 years, Chance started selling floor coverings for a multi-state home furnishing store. At the same time, he furthered his education in floor covering and expanded his expertise to include inspection of all floor types: carpet, vinyl, LVT, ceramic tile, and wood. Chance is certified in Carpeting through IICRC FCTIS and CFIU Hard surface through IFCII, CFIU, FCITS, NALFA Chance inspects flooring for many companies, manufacturers, and private individuals in the Pacific Northwest, including Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, northern Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. |
